You can only contact the SMA Service Line by phone with a valid request number.

Here's how it works:

  1. Create a service request
    Create a service request in the SMA Online Service Center at my.sma-service.com.

  2. Receive a request number
    After creating your request, you will receive your personal request number.

  3. Contact the Service Line (SMA Service Line Checklist)
    Call the SMA Service Line and have your request number ready.

Your call cannot be processed without a request number.
